Shaul Mishal is a visiting professor at the Council on Middle East Studies at the MacMillan Center. Shaul Mishal is a professor at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel. He is the head of the Middle East Program at the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy at IDC, and the Brian Mulroney Professor of Government at Tel Aviv University.
